Flower Essences

Flower Essence Therapy was originally introduced in the modern world by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s.  Flower Essences are subtle liquid energetic extracts  which are used to address profound issues of emotional well being, soul development and mind-body health.  A Flower Essence practitioner works with the client to create a customized combination of extracts of several flower essences to help support the healing process.

Homeopathy is a system of medicine used by millions of people worldwide for over 200 years.  Homeopathy medicines are prepared from natural sources and are used in extremely small amounts.  Homeopathy is based on the principle that “like cures like.”  That is, if a symptom can cause symptoms in a healthy person, then it can stimulate self-healing of similar symptoms in a sick person.  A homeopathic practitioner treats the whole person – physical, mental, emotional – and treats each person individually, choosing a remedy that best matches the person’s unique set of symptoms.

Herbs have been used for food, medicine and many other uses for as long as humans have inhabited the earth.  Often times the common weeds that grow in our backyards can be used to help nourish our systems to restore our bodies to better health.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy is a natural health care system that works with the human energy field.  Energy fields and currents exist everywhere in nature.  If this energy becomes blocked in the body, disease occurs.  Polarity Therapy asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health.  Polarity Therapy utilizes four therapeutic techniques: Body work, diet, exercise and self-awareness.
